Kirtee Loll a.k.a Nishi was earlier reported MISSING
A tragic discovery in Triolet on 13 November 2025 has shaken the region, after the body of a young woman was found just a few metres from her home. According to confirmed reports, the corpse was in an advanced state of decomposition, bore visible burn marks, and was located in a fielded/wooded area near the residence. The Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of Trou-aux-Biches has launched an immediate inquiry.
Information available is as follows:
- The victim was a woman in her early 20s.
- Her body was discovered very close to her home in Triolet.
- The remains showed clear traces of burns and were already decomposing.
- The body was found in an open field or wooded area.
- The body was transported to the morgue for autopsy.
- The CID has opened a formal investigation and has not ruled out any hypothesis.
Missing-Person Alert Before the Discovery
Prior to the tragic discovery, the family, as well as Dharmic Times had issued an urgent missing-person notice, which was rapidly shared across Facebook groups and community networks. The alert was released after family-side contacts informed us that the young woman had not been seen since early November and that they were deeply concerned for her safety.
The appeal helped mobilise the community, prompting neighbours and residents to share information, coordinate searches, and remain vigilant in the days leading up to the discovery.
Police Investigation
The CID of Trou-aux-Biches is now leading the investigation. Detectives are currently:
- Analysing the condition of the body and the surrounding area.
- Reviewing evidence collected at the scene.
- Awaiting autopsy results to determine cause and time of death.
- Interviewing individuals who may have been in contact with the victim.
- Inspecting the neighbourhood for CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts.
Police have stated that no possible scenario is being excluded at this stage.
A Community Already in Mourning
Earlier this year, Triolet was already shaken by the murder of an elderly ex-teacher found dead in her home. With another violent death occurring in the same locality, residents are again expressing fear, shock, and frustration, calling for increased police patrols and improved safety measures.
This latest incident has intensified concerns about security in isolated or semi-rural pockets of the village.
